I thoroughly enjoyed that it was fairly clean and simple, the staff were truly friendly and rooms were warm. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was fab. The service was exceptional in my opinion. The location was convenient and decent - next to the city center, bus stops and street cars and the public transport.

The air-conditioned room was fine. the staff was excellent and cooperative. - They offered a wide array of goodies for breakfast. - the pansion is situated just a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. - I had a perfectly pleasant stay on the first floor.

The parking was on-site. the room was impeccably clean and air conditioned. - the location was comfortable, just a short walk away from a large park.

We had a surprisingly comfortable bed in our room at Grand Richter. It provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The room was spacious and the shower had excellent water pressure. despite a couple of minor issues, we had a decent stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the tram station and within walking distance to almost everything we went for. The room itself was clean and basic, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided had a decent selection, including cold meats, cheese, and rolls. the hotel provided a convenient and comfortable stay.

The lack of mirrors outside of the bathroom was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were all very polite and really kind. the location was INCREDIBLE close to the tram station. - the venue was very close to public transport, free and secure parking, metro and bus stations, and downtown.

Well-connected location, warm rooms, helpful staff, easy transportation, nearby park with castle, polite and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.
